Stratiscope is looking for a new team member to serve as Executive Assistant. The individual best suited for this position is extremely well­o-rganized, can manage multiple projects at a fast pace, is a master communicator, and is willing to have fun while still being professional and productive. This position will report to the CEO and will require fast­acting response related to research, follow­up, and coordination.

The position is full­time, based in Burbank, CA, and has the potential to grow as the company does.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Scheduler

-Schedule appointments in a sometimes­impossible calendar for the CEO.

-Help schedule meetings and appoints for key clients, including media requests.

-Track meeting requests and invitations.

-Facilitate the logistics of meetings, conference calls, etc.

-Think a few steps ahead of what the CEO will need at meetings and to complete tasks


2. Communicator

-Interact in a positive and professional manner with elected officials and their staff; leading civic, educational, and business institutions; clients; and others.

-Be able to get needed information over the phone

-Write professional emails to coordinate tasks, solicit information, and arrange logistics.

-Write first drafts for invitations, correspondences, etc.

-Assist CEO in drafting/editing client materials.


3. Researcher

-Ability to quickly research and create a synopsis of a requested topic

-Provide CEO with best options after researching a topic

-Create and then manage contact lists.

-Administrative Coordinator

-Oversee the onboarding of new clients.

-Coordinating administrative and operational tasks in support of the CEO.


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Needed:

-Extremely organized.

-Responsive and productive in the face of multiple, competing deadlines.

-Flexible and positive in a fast­paced work environment.

-Strong verbal communication skills.

-Mastery of written English for emails, reports and other materials.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, GoogleDrive & G­Suite, and Apple products.


Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, an employee is frequently required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person from short and long distances and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 10 pounds. Employee must be able to ascend and descend a flight of stairs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: Full Time; $38,000 to $48,000/year. Paid Vacation and Health & Dental benefits after completing probationary period. 401k matching.
