Assistant to Founder & Artistic Director

Infinite Flow is seeking an Assistant to the Founder and Artistic Director. We are looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, and enthusiastic about inclusive dance. This position is a remote position for 6-10 hours a week but may require extra hours for special events.  Assistant must be based in the greater LA region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Fundraising (grant research, campaigns, donor outreach, sponsor outreach)
  • Marketing (promoting events, workshops, performances)
  • Booking Management (event & presenter research and outreach)
  • Production Management (ie. classes, workshop, performances)



  • Interest and experience in the Performing Arts field
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong writing and research skills 
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with children and people with various abilities
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Applications
  • Ability to travel by car if needed
  • Ability to work weekends if needed


About Infinite Flow:

Infinite Flow is a professional inclusive dance company and 501 (c) 3 organization based in Los Angeles. Founded in 2015 by Marisa Hamamoto, we use dance as a vehicle to mainstream inclusion and eliminate the stigma around disability. We do this by producing interactive inclusive performances & experiences that build community & celebrate diversity.
