Alzheimer’s Greater Los Angeles seeks an innovative, forward-thinking leader as its next President & Chief Executive Officer. In January 2016, Alzheimer’s Greater Los Angeles unaffiliated with its prior national partner creating numerous opportunities that better aligned with the needs and nuances of the communities served across Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, and parts of Ventura County. This decision and the resulting strategic planning process focused on the realities and opportunities related to the growing numbers of people impacted by the disease and the capacity of ALZGLA to meet the needs. The greatest negative impact of this disease is felt by working families. ALZGLA works to improve the lives of local families affected by Alzheimer’s/Dementia by increasing awareness, delivering effective programs/services, providing compassionate support, and advocating for quality care and a cure. For more information, please visit www.alzgla.org.
Reporting to a Board of Directors, the President & CEO is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising and assessing ALZGLA’s operations in support of the organization’s Strategic Plan.
