Columbia College Hollywood has an immediate opening for a full-time Outreach and Recruiting Administrator. We are looking for a highly organized individual who has heavy multi-tasking and problem-solving experience in a fast-paced environment. The Administrator provides administrative support to the Outreach and Recruitment Department including correspondence with prospective and admitted students, parents, annual events, field trips, and Open House. As part of the Outreach and Recruitment staff, you will contribute to and execute innovative approaches to outreach, which includes cultivating partnerships, growing the student population, and increasing public awareness of Columbia College Hollywood as an avenue to a career in the Film and Television industry.
The Outreach and Recruiting Administrator:
Qualified candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite of programs, have a minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year College or technical school, and minimum 6 months’ experience in an assistant and/or customer service position.
